Client paper documents are scanned and store electronically.We use a secure web portal for the transfer of client documents and QuickBooks files.After the initial meeting, most communication and work is done electronically to increase efficiency and reduce road time.Of course face-to-face meetings are still done upon request.We also electronically file tax returns and provide electronic copies to our clients.
